Blood Pressure Reaction to Food

Posted By Adam Martin on April 28, 1999 at 12:11:24
I have developed a condition within the past two years in which certain types of foods give me extreme headaches. Whenever I eat or drink any food with fat or sugar I get a headache that last from two to three hours. The types of foods include burgers, fries, fried chicken, candy, Coke (diet's no problem), lemonade and others. The headache makes me dizzy and disoriented. My eyes feel pressure being applied to them. I also feel a bit nauseated(sp). The only relief is to stop what I am doing and put my head on a desk. I was once diagnosed with marginal hypertension.  Also, I had elevated liver enzymes for about a year. I am a 30 year old male. Can you please help me?
