I have high blood pressure usually 128/78 normally on medicine which is good for me. But I have noticed in the past few weeks I am having dizzy spells and very tired with my meds. Also I take my pressure at home and it has been very low, without my meds. I took a pill 2 days ago and the pressure is 109/65. I do not know if I should stop the blood pressure medicne or keep taking it even though I am sort of disoriented and really tired  Also I feel a slight tightness left side of chest and under armpit but no real pain and no numbness. What should I do
