Blood pressure shouldn't be higher than 140/90, with a little under 120/80 being optimal. At this point, I don't think you need to be worried, though. Our blood pressure usually will vary a little from one arm to the other, but doctors look for a difference of twenty points and you're nowhere near that. If you have a blood pressure monitor at home, try taking your pressure when you're relaxed. It usually goes up at the doctor's even if you feel relaxed. I would guess if you take it at home, you'll fine you're well within in the safe range.
To lower blood pressure without medication, cut out salt, fats, and do at least thirty minutes of cardio every day. You didn't mention much about your general health, but almost everyone can take a long, brisk walk daily. Good luck.
