Blood pressure fluctuations

I am a 44 yo female, not overweight but was 40 lbs. heavier until one year ago.  In March 2006 I had a cardiac workup (chest x-ray, blood work, EKGs, 72 hr. monitor, echo, thallium stress test, and a cath.) due to SOB and chest discomfort.  At the end of all the testing the cardiologist diagnosed anxiety.  I do suffer from anxiety/panic.  

My blood pressure has always registered right around 120/80 at the doctor's office.  Recently when diagnosed with a thyroid issue my BP was 117/92 and 124/90 at the endo's office.  I was really on edge at that time.  I got a home monitor so that I could try to ascertain if it was just related to the stress of the dr's office.  My BP at home is very often 90-99/60-70.  I realize that some of the difference could be due to weight loss, but that just seems so low.  Of course, since I never used to check my blood pressure at home, it may have always been that way.

I do sometimes feel a bit of dizziness/lightheadedness, but I'm not certain if it is related to BP.

Is this drop in BP a cause for concern?  Have I developed heart disease since the workup in 2006?  My cholesterol was checked in May: Total 202; HDL 61; LDL 129; Triglycerides 62.

I am not concerned about that level of blood pressure causing any symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness. The blood pressure readings may vary even within visits, and may be higher in the office because of 'white coat hypertension.'  It may also be related to the blood pressure cuff you are using which may be over sized now that you have lost weight. It also may not correlate with the brachial blood pressure taken in the office, since most of these automated cuffs measure more inaccurately in the radial arteries.
