Blood pressure

I think I have a problem and I will apriciate any prompt answers.
During the last few weeks I have a blood pressure about 130/70. Some people say it is normal, some say it is a little high. What is your opinion about that? I am 27 years old, My weight is 150 lbs, I am 5'9'' (180 sm). I don't smoke, I don't drink, the only problem is that I live a stressful life, because of my job. Is there any chance for me to have normal blood pressure like I used to have in the past (110/70 was my normal a time ago) or it is too late for me?

Nowadays the ideal blood pressure is below 120 and below 80, with 130 you are what they call in the prehypertension range. This is not immediately dangerous but could harm you in the very long run.
Try to limit stress to get back to that 110/70, that is ideal.

Ballpark, the upper number for someone your age should be about "age plus 100" so 130 is about on the numbers.  Stop worrying! The pulse rate is necessary to evaluate a blood pressure reading, plus you have to state "Left" or "Right" arm.
