Blue nails
I am 25 and have high BP , right now on medication and its under control. But whenever I step into a hot shower my finger nails turn blue at the bottom. Is that something I should worry about?
I have blue nails as well, but all the time, mostly visible under water. I dont have high bp, mostly low. I've asked so many doctors about it, but they all say thts nothing, unless your hands are blue as well. It is so weird... I've realised it for the past 6 months, I had iron defficiency anemia, but that's better now, so I don't really know if it is serious.
