Books on heart disease

I have a 25 year old male friend who is in fear of heart disease because he never met his gradfathers due to heart disease and his father had a heart attack at 35 (lived).
    What are some of the best, easy to follow, all encompassing books out there about heart disease prevention??

This may not sound like answer, but the best approach to probably to go to a book store and look at some.  They way you will get the level of detail you want.  I just did a quick amazon.com search and came up with 38000 books on prevention and heart.

Make sure he sees a good preventative cardiologist.  They mean even want to enroll him into a genetic study on heart disease, like the "gene bank" study we are doing here in Cleveland.  Getting hooked into a good preventative cardiologist is important to help modify any risk factors he may have.  Pleae make sure he doesn't smoke, isn't overweight, and is active.
