Borderline Cardiomegaly

I recently had pneumonia and have been diagnosed with bronchiectasis and COPD.  The x-ray revealed "borderline cardiomegaly" and my doctor never addressed this.  Can anyone tell me what this is and should I be concerned?  I am 59 yrs. old and have had asthma and breathing problems most of my life.  thank you

this means the size of your heart is at the top limits of normal.  Most likely due to the strain of COPD/pneumonia.
