Bradycardia question continued

After posting my question I had a few more thoughts:
For the last 2 years or so, I've also had bouts about 1-2 times per month of such exhaustion that I can't do anything buy lay around all day.  My body feels like it's been run over -- I feel heavy, my arms both feel "weird", I'm sleepy, and can sleep for hours without it disturbing my sleep at night.  These bouts usually last for 1-1/2 to 3 days.  The last few months I've been experiencing hot flashes, which were worse but now have gotten less frequent and less severe.  I suspect perimenopause, but the hormone test was negative.  Blood sugar and thyroid tests done at my recent physical were also normal.  Only abnormalities are slightly elevated/borderline liver function and rheumatoid arthritis tests.  I'm on no meds except occasional ventolin for supposed asthma.
Thanks in advance for providing this valuable service.  I've already learned alot by reading other questions, and am no longer concerned about indications of a prior sinus bradycardia.

Dear Elizabeth
I don't think that your symptoms described in your post are from cardiac disease. Have you been evaluated for seizures?
I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
