Breathing

Hi I had bypass surgery in febuary 2010 as I was very breathless beforehand,now I am starting to get breathless again do you think I should be worried again.I had a stress test last week and managed 11 minutes but I also did that before my bypass last year. Thank you

Hello. Your shortness of breath could have many possible causes. Without more information, it is difficult to say whether you should be concerned. I would say that since you are having more symptoms now since february 2010, it is certainly a good idea to see your doctor. Your physician will be able to determine if your breathlessness is due to your heart, lungs, or any other cause.
