Bundle Branch Block

I have seen my cardiologist today and he said they found a bundle branch block on my ECG.  I have been suffering from Sinus Tachy since April and am on beta blockers.  

My GP thinks it is stress related but I am certain it;s something else.

Can someone help me to understand what BBB is?  The cardio said it COULD be inherited, but he has ordered a 48hr holter and an echo.

I had a chest x ray which was all clear.

Any suggestions?

I found out that it was RBBB?

What are possible causes of that?  Even with Normal blood results.
