Burning in Chest

I've been having a burning in the left side of my chest for several days.Could this be heart disease?

To: Heart Burn & Pointed pain on right side of stomach

There had been an initial pain for sometime on the right stomach. Pain vanished after 15 days but a heart burn started with a bang and never tiring. Have been taking some 'zoles' in the morning and before food to contain the heart burn but no luck of a cure yet. Day-in and Day-out heart burn and stomach aches stare at and cause a lot of issues. Any Solutions please.
