Dear All,
I do have an inquiry about a patient whose Diagnosis is available below:

He's 45 years old male  
diagnosis:
- Anterior myocardial infraction
- Rescue pci 6 / 2005
- Re-infraction 26 / 2005 isr and ptca with des
- Ant mi vt , vf
- Recurrent thrombosis and isr of LAD and DGI . dobutamine echo showed no viability in anteroapical area where is dyskinesia, lvef 35% , LAD isr .DG isr 60%,outflow stent stenosis 70%, PROX CX 80%, OMI 70%,OM2 80%, RCA 40-50%,AC MARGINAL 70%.
- A large size defected area in anterior wall SEPTUM and APEX ( Scar tissue ? )  

The Suggested treatment is :  
CABG ( coronary artery bypass graft / DOR )  

My question is :

The patient would like to know the possibility of perfoming this procedure at Cleveland Clinic and the rate of success and the margin of overall improvement that can be achieved based on his diagnosis. Feedback is much appreciated.
