CAD

I undaerwnt Coronary Bypass Gradft Surgfery  in 1995 and Baloon Angioplasty in M          arch 2007. I am using the following medicines:                                                                                1. Met XL 100mg BD 2. Nicorandil 10mg BD 3.Clopydogrel 75Img -BD 4.Isosorbide-5-mononitrate -60mgStill Ia od 5.Losortan Potassium-50mg+Hydrochlorothiazide-12.5mg-od  6.Atorvostatin-10mg-od  7.Glimepiride and MetforminHCL-2mg+500mg-od 8.Mixtard-30/70-34units-26units 9.Transulosin HCL+Dutasttride 0.4+0.5mg od. Still I am getting discomfort in the chest even with slight physical exertion. Stomach bulges by evening causes lot of discomfort. Am I gettting right treatment or not?
