The symptoms you desribe above may be heart related but other conditions, especially restictive lung disease due to obesity should be ruled out.  I think having PFT's is a good idea as is having an echocardiogram.  The echo will most likely be normal at which point the likelihood of congestive heart failure is low unless it is due to diastolic heart failure which will also be evident on echocardiography.  I don't think it is very urgent to see a physician right away.  I think it's OK to wait for your appointments.  However, if your chest pain becomes more frequent or the shortness of breath is more persistent I would urge you to seek medical attention emergently.

I went to the ER anyway, they told me my Echo was normal 77%, He said that i might have Anxiety Condition and it might be effecting my physical state, he has given me information on it and i will do much research, and i am going to be living healthy and exercising on a regular basis, Thank You for your response, and on the money too doc....

God bless
