CTA accuracy

Can you tell me if these symptoms are consistant with a truley abnormal nuclear stress..involving the LAD outflow and mid anterior chest wall..... fatigue, breathlessness, palpitations, lightheaded and nauseated spells.    My nuc. test showed that but CTA came up clean as a whistle.    Now I'm afraid something was missed.  after all, something is causing my symptoms...What should I do?    Go for a cath, get a cardiac MRI to look for small vessel disease, or look somewhere else?   (i'm 41)

PS-can you also if you have the time make a good list of all the cardiac risk factors labs, i know about c-protein, homocystein and the lipids , i know there must be a few more.

THANKS!

A normal CTA is a very sensitive scan and I would trust it.  Your symptoms are not classic for CAD.  I honestly would seek other (non-CAD) explanations for your symptoms.
