I current take Verelan 240 a calcium channel blocker,  I also drink a lot of no fat milk. about 3 glasses per day. Is this contraindicated?
from what I understand my meds block calcium from entering the channels of my arteries to prevent spasm. If the channels are blocked excess calcium would not seem to matter?
I would also like to try Magnesium supplements with my doctors guidance should I try to keep my calcium intake about even with my Magnesium?

THX
