Can Angina Change ?

I think I have Unstable Angina, my doctor has put me on Lipitor, Plavix, Asprin, Monodur and has doubled my dose of Atenolol to 100mg, what I would like to know is with this treatment can Unstable Angina become Non Unstable Angina?, it would be nice to know if the blood thinning drugs have desolved the blood clot that is part of Unstable Angina.

My Angina pain is mosly around the shoulders and both arms, only twice was it severe, my Doctor also gave a a spray which I have only used 3 times over the past 3 weeks, last time used was a week ago, I seem to be feeling pretty much back to normal since the Doctor put me on all the tablets.

what is your angina like? What does it feel like? Can you pinpoint it with a finger or two, or is it more spread out?
