Hello there,

It is hard to give you an accurate answer without getting a complete medication list and your past history but generally speaking, alcohol can be consumed with heart disease as long as it is done in moderation. This is with the assumption that alcohol does not affect any of your other medications.
There is a lot of variability between individuals in terms of how they metabolize alcohol but I would say 3-5 glasses of wine per week or its equivalent should be permissible.

Hope that helps.
