Can MVP Patients lift heavy weights and go to GYM

Hi,
I am diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse, A2 prolapse and P2 mild prolapse. i am very thin and under weight for my height. How can i increase my weight?? Also Can i go to GYM and lift heavy weights.

Please help me on this.

I would suggest you speak to your doctor regarding gaining weight, lifting weights and working out at a gym.  Everyone is different, and for any one of us who belongs to this forum to recommend anything to you (given you MVP issues), would be irresponsible.
