Can PSVT be non-random

Can PSVT be non-random

Thank you so much for info provided in this forum.  I'd like to know if PSVT (I'm wearing an event monitor to see if I have this)can be non-random.  Mine always/only happens upon waking.  I can easily convert with vagal maneuver. Can these be caused by adreniline rush upon waking or something with the nervous system upon waking (fight or flight?).  Please give me your thoughts. Thanks.

Dear Julie
Arrhythmias of any sort can be triggered by adrenaline. Thus, waking up could certainly be a stimulus for you. Waking up is generally associated with a surge of adrenaline. If this is the case, it should be easy to catch it on the event monitor.
I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
