Can Thrombophilia or arterial spasm caused Angina be diagnosed by an echo stress

Dear Doctor,
I have been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Autoantibody Syndrome because of a high ELISA result for IgG Anticardiolipin Autoantibodies, Migraine, Livedo Reticularis, Peripheral Nueropathy, Obstetrical history of severe preclampsia, autonomic dysautonomia, Severe shortness of breadth when taking hormone medication, and other vasculitis symptoms. I also may have a connective tissue disease(i.e. Autoimmune Disease such as SLE)but have not yet been diagnosed. Recently, I experienced substernal chest pain/discomfort that was brought on by exposure to cold, heat, stress, and extreme exhaustion. Also, I've been short of breadth with mild exertion, and suffered tachycardia/palpitations. I self diagnosed my problem as probable anemia(Hemolytic or Iron Deficiency brought on by recent surgery and low hemotocrit which prevented autologous blood donation.), or thrombophilia due to APLS. The problem is that my doctor(primary care)wants to rule out CVD. He did an ekg(normal), a CBCwDiff.(Normal although a blood smear was not done and so may not have shown hemolytic anemia, and no Ferritin
studies done.) And he has sent me to have an Echo Stress Test. My question is will this test show/permit diagnosis of Angina caused by blood clotting or oxygen deprivation from anemia/dehydration/electrolyte disturbence?

This test will determine whether areas of your heart are not receiving enough oxygen and or blood flow.
