Can a heart attack cause bleeding from the mouth ?

I found my uncle on the floor of his house lying by his chair after I came from school. He had type 2 diabetes , kidney failure, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure. He was on the floor lying on his stomach with both hands grabbing his chest and there was quite abit of blood on the floor where I found him. His face was very swollen and lip twisted. I want to know did he most likely die a painful death and was it a heart attack or something else.

Unfortunately, your uncle had several medical problems.  The only way to know for sure what caused his death is to ask his doctor, who knew his medical history, or to read the coroner's report, if there was one.
