Hi

I'm not an expert on this but this is what I think it means:

"ECG states sinus rhythm rate 75, normal P axis, rate"

Your heart rate is normal.

"Multiple premature complexes: ventr. & sventr......short R-R's, wide & narrow QRSD."

Your ECG shows multiple PACs (premature atrial contractions) and PVCs (premature ventricular contractions). That is, you are experiencing palpatations on occasion. The R-R time is the time between beats (The R wave is the point when half of the ventricular myocardium has been depolarized).  Some R-Rs are shorter than usual because of the PVCs and PACs. In normal sinus rhythm, the ECG shows a P wave followed by a QRS complex. The QRS complex represents the time it takes for depolarization of the ventricles. A narrow QRS is typical of a PAC, while a wide QRS is typical of PVCs. I'm not sure what the D represents -- probably a typo.

So in summary, even though your ECG says "abnormal", nothing serious is indicated.  Only harmless PVCs and PACs. Unfortunately, the report doesn't indicate how frequently they occur.

Tony, the D is not "typo".  All my ECG printed that QRSD too.

Mine QRSD is 167 then mine QRS is -57.
sometime mine QRSD is 161 then mine QRS is -62

You know my ECG never tell what's wrong.  It always said "Paced rhythm"!

Tony, thanks.  I learn QRSD today.

I google quite often but hard to understand.  Looks like it is for medical student.  A simple lines like yours make me understandable easily.

My echo shows I have PVC'S everyother heart beat, not sure what that means either, but I think I am ok, right

You are right. I just googled QRSD and it stands for "filtered QRS duration". If I understand what I've read, it's a way to signal average QRS durations, determine the presense of late potentials and predict tendency towards ventricular arrhythmias. A normal QRSD is 103 +- 9 mm. Above 145 shows a strong tendency towards PVCs and ventricular ectopies.

PVCs (or PACs) every other beat is bigeminy.  Fun rhythm.  I get that when I'm super stressed out.  My cardiologist says it is benign and not uncommon.
