Can statins stop PVCs?

Can statins stop PVCs?

I have been having terrible lightheadedness from what is probably PVCs since October. Earlier this month, my doctor prescribed me Lovastatin 40 mg for high cholesterol. When I took it the lightheadedness went away, but I started getting minor twitching in my face and limbs and burning tingling pains mostly in my abdomen but a little bit in my limbs too. I quit it for a couple of days and the side effects stopped, but the lightheadedness came back with a vengeance. So last night I took half of a pill and the burning is back (not as bad so far), but the lightheadedness went away! The side effects of this pill are better than having PVCs and the anxiety that comes with them! Is it plausible that Lovastatin or any other kind of statin could reduce the number of PVCs a person has? Thank you for your input!
