Thanks Ken for your response!
And yes cardiologist did say that I'm on waiting list for ultrasound(that is the echo test right?) She already had me on wait list for the local hospital, about 4 month wait.. but said that she will request to try and get sooner appt at another hospital.
I did ask her why my ecg read like this(there has been about 10 or more taken) and she said say she has no idea..but will know after ultrasound..so I guess that is what you are saying too eh?
But with out the ultrasound done yet, just looking at what are possible reasons?

Your EKG report indicates there is a right axis deviation and a anterior infarct (heart cell damage from heart attack) at location front of the heart.  There can be many other reasons for the axis deviation including lead reversal.  An EKG (ECG) requires supporting evidence to make a reliable diagnosis as well as associated symptoms.

Your doctor will do an evaluation of the EKG test and if it has any merit.  If there is a probability the EKG is accurate, the doctor should or will have you take an echo test to determine if there is any heart wall movement irregularity and that would support a EKG finding of  a prior heart attack.

An EKG has a reliability rating that is very low so you should not be concerned until there has been a complete assessment. Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions or comments you are invited to respond. Take care,

Ken
