Can't tell if it's a Heart Condition or something else.

I'm only 15, but for the past few months, I've been experiencing chest pains as well as back pains, arm pains, headaches, pretty much pain everywhere. I also occasionally feel weak or nauseous. What's strange is it comes from no where at all, mostly during rest, and barely if at all occurs during physical activity. I also find myself checking my pulse constantly and I am constantly obsessing over it. I also get pains in my left arm, as well as my right arm but not as much, and I've heard that's what happens when having a heart condition. It usually feels more like the muscle pain, and not a shooting pain that I've heard more commonly of. I'd like to know if I have a heart condition, or just something like Anxiety.

Thanks, I also have another question, when you have a Heart condition, do you constantly have pain, even with rest, or does it only happen after certain activities, also I am able to do like a two kilometre run and feel fine, but when I'm sitting watching T.V, I feel like I'm dying, would this help to figure out what it could be?

to me what you are describing isn't cardiac to me it sounds like your nerve(no not that you are anxious or nervous I am saying a nerve in your bosy)
I have a protuding disc in my bakc and for 4 1/2 years now the doctors have worked me up for everything cardiac and they said it was STRESS i was having chest pains so bad that I thought I was dying. then my arm and go into my arm pit.
The reason they said it wasa stress it that I have a 4 1/2 year old that has a heart issues.
I also have a disease called neuorfibromatosis and on a routine MRI to findout if I the tumors in certain parts of my bosy they did the one on my back and found I have a protruding disc and the doctor asked me about all of my pain I was having from head to toe and I told him about the chest pain and he asked me where does it go in my arm so I told him and that is when he told me that the disc that is causing the issue (t-4/T-5) is what is causing the chest pains.due tothe fact that the disc is pressing on something.
I would go back for a cardiac workup and if noting still shows call a neurologist to see wha they think
good luck

I've gone to the doctor, but all they did was check pulse, oxygen levels, and blood pressure, and my pulse was just over 100 bpm, and everything else was normal so they sent me home, I'm thinking about going back again, also my heart beat doesn't get very fast while resting, but that's when I get the majority of chest pains.

this forum can't tell you if you have a heart condition. Only a cardiologist can. Sounds like you need a stess test,  and to wear a holter monitor or a 30 day event monitor to track your heart rhythm.

i'm 28 with a heart condition, sounds like yours could just be anxiety chic or heart burn, but you can always keep records of it and how fast your heart beat gets if it goes over 120 beats per minute whilst you are sleeping or resting pop along to your doc to get it checked. worrying can also increase the symptoms.  hope this helps, xxx

Sometimes the arm pain does feel like a shooting pain, it's hard to explain, but it's more muscle pain.
