I believe a bubble spring stent is applicable to an aneurysm of an artery rather than an occlusion?! The characteristic relates to the stent expanding to the appropriate size for an aneurysm where the usual procedure for a stent implant is to open an occluded vessel to a size within specs of the native size of the vessel.
Medhelp is a good source to find an appropriate diet. I have provided a link but the subject has a number of good sites. Thanks for the interest. Take care.

Many thanks for such detail information.
My mothers physician actually recommends an operation called Stunt implemented which is actually a bubble spring sort of thing which they pass through the arteries now this procedure is quite popular and successful around my part of the world. I am not sure but I will be looking in to it. My mother has no cholesterol issues at all still she has this blockage. the biggest issue now is her diet what sort of diet should she follow, i have bin looking around on net to find out perfect diet but no sufficient info so if you have any thing relevant to diet please let us know.

A CT scan for calcium scoring evaluates the a buildup of plaque within the layers of the vessel and is usually the first indication for any cardiac artery disease. A CT scan angiogram and evaluates the plaque buildup in the lumen (channel) and usually described as the percentage of blockage that can impede the blood flow.
Your mum's calcium score is 451 and apparently it refers to the LAD vessel. The goal of cardiac CT scan for calcium scoring is to determine if CAD is present and to what extent, even if there are no symptoms. It is a screening study that may be recommended by a physician for patients with risk factors for CAD but no clinical symptoms.
Usually the score relates to each of the 4 coronary arteries and then a total score.
Calcium Score Presence of CAD
0 No evidence of CAD
1-10 Minimal evidence of CAD
11-100 Mild evidence of CAD
101-400 Moderate evidence of CAD
Over 400 Extensive evidence of CAD
Total score over 1000 also indicates extensive evidence of CAD. My total score was over 1000 with a CT scan a couple of years ago, and I have a totally blocked LAD, stented RCA, and 70% blockage of the ICX coronary artery.
There is no cure, but with proper diet, exercise, medication for cholesterol, etc. can help prevent any progression. There is no reversal for the condition, and I have had a high score that doesn't cause any problems for the past 7 years and no progression based on periodic testing.
Hope this provides some insight, and if your mum does not have any associated chest pain (angina pectoris) uncontrolled with medication (nitrate) the condition may only require watching. Thanks for sharing and if you have any further quesitons or comments you are welcome to respond I wish your mum well going foreward, take care,
Ken
