Cardiac scoring

What further testing should be done in an asymptomatic patient with a cardiac scoring of 140?

I assume you are referring to a CT angioplasty scan.  The scoring indicates the degree of soft plaque that resides within the lining of your coronary arteries.  The score indicates some plaque but not serious. Your doctor may put you on medication if your lipid profile is higher than normal.

A couple of years ago my CT total was over 1000 (25% probilbility for a heart event within a year) waiting for the other shoe to drop.  CT scoring claims to have some validity to predict. Your score, if it the CT scan angiogram, is not significant.
