Cardiomyopathy + atrial fibrilation

What is the treatment of the fol. case :
- 48 y
- male
- used to heavily smoke + alcohol
- had a small brain thrombi in July 2007, which thankly didnt affect me
- my echo showed atrial fib. + left dilatation in my atrium + ventricle ( ventricle is highly dilated )
- EF = 27%
- from July 2007, i have stoped smoke + alcohol intake
- i was put on coversyl ( to lower my BP ) + Burnex ( to get rid of excess fluid ) + Vastarel MR + Marivan ( anti thrombi )
- Till a month ago my EF showed no change
- I visited another doctor who put me on :
   * Lanoxin ( digoxin )
   * Capoten
   * Dilatrend
   * Burinex
   * Vastarel
   * Marivam

After having all the above drugs for one month my EF was not changed & dont feel that i am better.

Please help by responding to me.
