Cardiomyopathy medications

Sorry for the delay in responding, it's been a tad hectic at this end.
I don't know the name for sure. It's supposed to help with her being out of breath. Is there something I could look for on the prescription (other names, number, etc).
What is Primocor and how does it relate to/with dilated cardiomyopathy?

My mother-in-law was reecently diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy. she is currently on Altace Rampiril (10mg/day). It has also been recommended to her that she take Palmacort (sp). I've been able to locate all sorts of info on Rampiril which is great. I don't think I have the spelling correct for Palmacort thought. The closest I could find was something mentioned in conjunction with Asthma.
Any ideas/suggestions on the proper spelling for palmacort? If you know what it is, can you explain more about what it will do, how it will help her condition and any possible side effects?

Could the name of the drug possibly be Primocor?
