Cardioneurogenic Vasovagal Syndrome

My name is Ashley Conn. I am 17 years old and suffer from Vasovagal syndrome. I was diagnosed with this last January after a positive tilt table test where my heart stopped for around 13 seconds. I was reading a post on here by a girl, Stephanie Lee, and learned we experience almost the same symptoms. Like Stephanie Lee said, I cut caffeine completely out of my diet and even started eating salt right out of the palm of my hand(which was suggested by my doctor)but I still experience fainting episodes and constant migraines. I am also always tired. I will sleep for 11-12 hours a day in order to feel better. Otherwise, anytime I stand up or move too quickly, my head starts pounding and my legs feel as if they are going to fall out from beneath me. I can honestly say that this is the worst feeling I have ever had to experience. Unfortunately, nobody is really sure of what to do and I am sick and tired of adjusting my life because of it. I can't even walk up a hill or a flight of stairs without everything turning white or black and almost passing out. It is getting ridiculous. I just don't know what to do. If anybody has any suggestions, please let me know.
