No, you can't assume that. This poster has some physical complaints and has been ill. We are not qualified to interpret their condition and recommend any lifestyle change. This really needs to come from a physician that has the experience and knowledge to determine if there is an underlying condition that may be exacerbated with exercise.

Why would a healthy 20 years old person need a doctor to recommend an exercise routine? She can do absolutely everything she likes and pleases without a doctor recommendation.
At 20 you most likely don't have heart disease. While it can happen, it is very, very, very rare. However, having said that you are on the way to heart disease down the road. You need to eat right, get some exercise and engage the real world. The best way to start would be a quick check up from your doctor and get his recommendation for an exercise routine that will work for you based on your medical history.

While I was reading your post I thought you were a fat person, what a good relief to read ..” super skinny”:)….so dear girl all you have to do get up from the sofa and exercise!! I understand you are having a difficult job that is hard on your legs. Many exercises there that use the upper body and stenches the legs while staying on the floor, legs can relax. I advise you to start hatha yoga exercises or /and aerobic movements at your home. You don’t need to go to the GYM . Another great thing to do while watching TV:) is a workout with a hula hop .
About worrying of your family history,and blood clots(it is just in your mind,so forget it)) please don’t. This is your life, your body… it is up to you how you taking care of it with the right lifestyle. Right food-drink- no smoke- limited caffeine –no energy drinks (it is a killer)Lots of fruit-veg…..Your body will appreciate for you and will serve you well for until your old age !!
If you have any symptoms that you feel is heart related then always tell your doctor, but again do not worry just because your family history, you will not get the same, if you do everything with your power to stay healthy!
