Carotid Artery and Vasculitis

Carotid Artery and Vasculitis

My wife was just diagnosed with having a carotid artery on the right side
and they also said she had some brain vasculitis. I was diagnosed with having
MVP, which I never had before. Can there be some common link between us
like an infection or something? What can we do about our problems, we are
concerned about her vasculitis, is it treatable?
