Carotid Non-Invasive Vascular Report

58yr old male. Procedure-Bilateral Carotid. Indication- evaluted for carotid bruit- right by cardiology noted with uncrntrolled blood pressure. Summary RIGHT RICA is in the 16-49% diameter-reducing range. There is heterogenousplaquenoted at the bulb and orgin of the internal and external carotid arteries.  LEFT LICA is less than 15% diameter-reducing range. Intimal thickening/mild wall roughening in all arteries imaged on the left. Verterbrals- Bilateral verterbral arteries are patent with antegrade flow. Going for a ultrasound of the heart next month. Has pain in right leg on going for 8 months now constant 24/7.On a scale of 1-10 pain is a 6 or 7. 4yrs ago was given 1hr to live due to boiling blood pressure. Now bp average is 140/85 but goes 190/100 and drops 50 points within minutes.Have COPD, hyperlipidemia,arter.screolosis,empsima,plus others. Feel faint and can not exersice due to rise and fall of pressure. So what do you think do the test and is leg pain part of heart problem?
