Carrots and palpitations

This is going to sound really strange, but can certain foods - in my case, carrots - cause pvc's?  I have been diagnosed with pvc's and have recognized my triggers - stress, extreme heat and cold, caffeine, and hormonal changes - most which I have learned to adapt to.  However, I am in good shape but decided to add more vegetables to my diet.  This is not the first time I have had this reaction - a day after adding one carrot to my lunch the irregular heart beats started and continued for about four days until the day after I stopped eating a carrot. I know it sounds strange, but could certain vitamins trigger my pvc's?  There were no other triggers - hormones in check, no caffeine, etc.  Any input I would appreciate.  Thanks!

There is no scientific reason to think that carrots or the vitamins in carrots would trigger PVCs. It could have been a coincidence. At any rate, I would encourage you to keep eating fruits and vegetables, as they are good for your overall health.
