Cath Report
What does this mean? Cath (Left Main-wnl,Las-95% in stent restenosis. Lcx-40%Mid, Rca-50%mid,Plb-100%.[ {CMH] [ No Pci[}.

Is that how the report is laid out? it's terrible. From what I can decipher, it is saying you had a stent already in the left main artery which has re-blocked and is 95% blocked. This is the section of artery which comes off the Aorta to feed your left anterior descending and left circumflex. The left circumflex is 40% blocked halfway down but this can be left. The Right coronary artery is 50% blocked halfway down and so this too can be left. The right artery gives rise to the posterolateral branch artery (PLB) and this is 100% blocked. They need to establish if this total blockage has caused any permanent damage to the heart muscle. No PCI means they didn't put any stents in place or make any intervention procedures at this time.
