Chances of Cardiac Arrest

Im 16
I felt like my heart beat was irregular because there are pauses in certain beats which got me really worried
Had two ECG's which cardiologists haven't worried about but said I had Sinus Arrhythmia
I also had a blood test
I found out about what Sinus Arrhythmia is and that your heart rate increases when you inhale and decreases when you exhale and this is exactly what happens with me , But i'm still worried about it a little.
I have no family history of heart disease or other heart problems
I'm really scared because some of the beats in my pulse are like little pauses until the next beat that i'm gonna go into sudden cardiac arrest :(
Since i have had two EKG's and a blood test shall i just relax :(
Sorry i know i post so many things but i can't  help it i just need reassurance all the time to make me feel better

I can absolutely, positively, 100% guarantee you guys that you are going to die.  There is no doubt about it.  Just not right away.  Pretty safe bet.  But yes, you will die, so prepare for it.  Have a nice life, maybe get married and have your own families, get as good an education as you can, do meaningful work, help as many people as you can along the way in life, and leave the world a better place.  That's how you prepare to die.  So do that, and that will be the best way to cope with your fear of dying.

Based on my own experience, I would suggest that you see a counselor  or better yet, a psychiatrist (because these people actually go to medical school and know the body), someone who treats health anxieties.

Rationally, you know that your risk of heart disease is about zero.  Irrationally--well, that is something many of us need help with.

The hardest part of getting help is making that first phone call with a shrink.  After that, believe me, it gets easier MUCH faster.  You will get your life back again, and once more enjoy the kinds of things we were meant to enjoy, rather than sitting around with our fingers on our pulse.
