Chest Pain, Lightheadedness need answer?

For the last year I have been having lightheadedness and I feel tlike I will passout, left sided and center chest pains with palpations, not a rapid pulse but a strong pulse that I can feel. These have progressed from one or two times a week to a daily occurance. This is effecting my daily activities, I am affraid to push myself physically and when these symptoms occur I am affraid somethig is going to happen.
Over the last year I have been to the er seven times and have seen two cardioligist. I have had several tests; EkG- normal, all blood work -normal, Stress test-normal, Nucular lung scan- Normal,holtor monitor- no significant incidents, Gastro light into stomach-normal and a echo which showed aortic insufficency, which all doctors said would not cause these symptoms and is physilogical. My doctors have told me my heart is structually sound and I have minimal risk factors for heart disease.
Is there anyother tests that I should have? Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing my symptoms? Cardiac? Or another problem?
I still think it has something to due with my heart and when I enter my symptoms on medical fourums they always lead to heart related problems.

Have you tried wearing a 24 halter monitor for the heart or an event monitor to capture these palps to read what they are?

your cardiologist will know what to do here.....

you should get readings to see if they are PVC's PATs etc...........
