Chest Pain Below Heart
Hi doctor,
Me for male 31 years old, Before 2 year I had piles and than I undergo for surgery as dr. recommended and after that I always feel constipation and my posture is not good and I feel my stomach is heavy and
Now Last 7 to 8 days I have regular chest pain below my heart and this pain occurs also 4 or 5 month before and than Dr. advice to do MRI THOROX (PLAIN) and that’s MRI is normal and now once again the pain is occurs with last 7 days and its dangerous that sometime it goes in to my heart and than my heart beat rate is increase, for this chest pain I almost never sleep at night, I thing its Heart Problem so I go to ECG and ECHO and Dr say its Normal and also Dr give me antibiotic but there is no effect at all.
So kindly advice me but I can do some my pain which is very painful and almost the days its in Below heart and my Dr unable to find the disease, and I also want whether it is heart problem, or any other problem, so I can do proper medicine to cure my diseases.

If the pain is aggravated with work or exercise then it could be due to cardiac pain. But, it's unlikely to be angina, as you have been extensively tested.
If with movement you are getting pain it is likely to be an inflammation of the skin, subcutaneous tissue or the bone. This can happen with injury, repetitive activity or an infection of the skin. Sometimes it can be costo-chondritis, inflammation of the sterna rib junction. Constant coughing could also cause muscle strain and chest pain. Sometimes the pleura, the lining of the chest cavity and lungs can get inflamed causing pain with coughing. The pain can also be due to orthopedic related causes like cervical rib, cervical spondylosis or disc prolapse. A simple x-ray will help and an orthopaedician can guide you.
