I would see a cardiologist as soon as possible. You are having exercised induced chest pains which usually means you need a stress test to check for blockagesPeripheral artery disease in your arteries or other heart related issues. I wouldn't totally discount your asthma as my friend has that and sometimes he is certain its his heart when its really his lungs giving him pain. But the rapidRapid shallow breathing heartbeat and lightheadedness along with the pains point to your heart so see a cardiologist as soon as possible.
