Chest Pain and Burning

Hi,
I am a 40 year old female who has been having occasional left sided chest pain and burning for about 2 1/2-3 weeks now. It is a dull ache sometimes and sharp pain other times. My upper left arm also gets very sore and achy and sometimes I have a cold and numb left hand.This morning I woke up and I have been having sharper pain and burning all day so I went to the Emergency Room and had some tests done.My blood tests, chest xrays and ekg have all came back normal. Can you please help me figure this out.  Sometimes the pain gets very sharp.

24/m i have exactly the same prob,a pain in centre of my chest and also to left side of chest and pec muscle,it comes and goes,along with a pain in my neck and shoulder also numbness and tinglness in my left  arm and hand - very scary,went to hospital for an ecg and they said its fine - also docs 6 days after and he listend to my heart and said its fine and i prob have a chest infection or im anxious and stressed and its making me feel like this - this is scary tho and not nice to have,have u been told any suggestions
