Chest Pain for 2 days now.

Hi all,

Yesterday and today i experience left chest pain and upper left abdomen with back pains. I'm still afraid at this point of time even though i had some tests last June 25 2015. I had ECG, XRAY, 2Decho and Stress test. Apparently most of it are normal except for ECG and 2dEcho. Which on my ECG says Intraventricular conjunction delay which the doctor says its normal with those with arithmias. and my 2D echo says "Normal Left Ventricular dimensions with normal wall motion, contractility and adequate systolic function with Doppler evidence of Grade 1 Diastolic dysfunction." and "Normal pulmonary Artery pressure." And my stress test was only 7 min and i have "exaggerated diastolic BP response." Should I take another test or should i consider this one because the doctor says my heart is fine all i just need is some exercise and lifestyle change. but never really bother to explain those. and another thing is i still feel this chests pain. that really trigger my anxiety to a full blown panic attack?

All help are much appreciated thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply.

I am considering to go for another tests but a bit short right now. Its just that it feels odd when you know tests are normal but still feels these chests, back neck thing!

Your results seem like they were ok. Maybe its anxiety. Go back to your doc till you get to a place where you are happy with results and diagnosis.
