Chest Pain with Exercise

I am a 32 year old female who is obese. I started exercising about 8 weeks ago and until last week did not have any problems. Last week I started getting chest pain while jogging on the tread mill. I went to doctor today and ECG said normal sinus rhythm, inferior infarction age undetermined and abnormal ECG. They did a nuclear stress test and sent me home. My dr. told me everything looked fine and she would call me with results tomorrow. She is trying to tell me it is asthma (no breathing issues what-so-ever) I dont want to seem like a hypochondriac but if my heart is fine. (During the stress test they only had me walk and there was no pain) what causes the pain and what do I do when I am on the treadmill and the pain starts? I am super commited to losing weight (goal is 100 pounds by xmas)

Wondering if your pain goes away after you rest.  Also, do you have any swelling of feet and ankles?

What is your current weight?  Also, what is your training schedule like?  What pace do you walk/run at and for how long...and how many days a week?
