Chest Pain

I had a stent placed in January for a 95% block in my RCA.  I've started having symptoms again and saw my PCP.  He did an EKG with the following results:

Sinus Rhythm
Left Atrial Abnormality
QRS (T) Contour Abnormality
"Consider Inferior Myocardial Damage"

I'm 42 yrs old, 196 lbs, family heart history stinks, high cholesterol.

His office is trying to get me in to see my cardiologist first thing in the morning.  I'm still having chest discomfort at times.  My doctor said if the pain lasts longer than 5 minutes take a nitro, and if that doesn't help, get to the ER.

What is typically a course of treatment?  I'm already on a beta blocker (migraine prevention), aspirin, plavix, simvastatin.
