Chest Pains

Im a 17 Years Old male and Have Chest Pains On my left Side of my chest ..I was recently in The Hospitol Last week cause of a chest pain...they did a Cat Scan of My chest And Lungs and found absolutly Nothing But i somewhat feel them to this day...now recently I get chest pains...somtimes shortness of breath and little  pain on my arms and legs The pain does not move anywhere its just at one location of my arms and legs  and now a problem with my throat..i feel it like its got tighter and i have a sore throat With some Mucus in my throat for the past 3 days..and i been sweating Usually at night The chest Pains Have probably started around September And i been Having a Lack of appetite...since i left the hospitol which was last week i have dropped from 155 to 147 By not eating I Know somthing is wrong with me...wat shall i do?

I Would also Like to add That i went to go see a cardiologist and they also found nothing except for a leaky heart valve saying that it is nothing to be concerned about and that back in october or early november i had broncitis and i felt the chest pains more when i had them..they finally went away and i still feel the pains.....any comment would be appreciated
