Have you had chest pains after from recent tests? If so, you better go to your doctor and have an EKG done to see if there is a change. Chest pain is classic symptoms of heart attack and they don't even have to be that bad to have had a small heart attack. Need to find out if there is any heart damage present. There could be blocked arteries. Are you only on Crestor or are you taking more heart medication? You should not be pushing yourself. If you feel tired you should rest. Your cholesterol needs to come down to the LDL being no more than 100 and HDL should be in the 50's if you can get it there. I would seriously look at your diet. Be strict. If you give up red meat, your cholesterol will drop (LDL). Eat organic fruit and vegetables lots of them. Brown rice is good and if you do not like it mix it with white rice. Salmon is excellent for the heart with Omega 3. Nuts are good for the heart unsalted (almonds, walnuts). In summary you need to check with your doctor regarding further testing, watch your diet, and rest when your body tells you.
