Chest burning/Pain at begining of the day

I am off to have an Angiogram done next week as i am experiencing Chest burning/pain sensations and have been getting worse. Given my history of Heart Dsease and having had a triple bypass two years ago it was a no brainer for me to consult with my Cardiologist. I am now having this attended to in Hospital next week. How ever" This is a strange one for Me and I have not asked my Cardiologist on this but I am curious. My symptoms always appear worst when starting my day after breakfeast when I walk part of my way to work doing a brisk walk for 15 minutes. As the day moves on I don't have these symptoms like that and I can walk bristly for 1/2 hour. Is there a reason why the symptoms appear more prominent at the beginning of my Body starting up in the mornings? Thought I am having my issue addressed and I expect that I may need a Stent or so to fix this. But I am curious just the same

Classic symptoms of a cardiac issue. In fact, I have heard that most heart attacks happen before 10am.  I think it is like starting an old car. Takes a bit for the oil to get circulated.  But then that's just my opinion. Please keep us posted. And have a smooth procedure.  Take care, Ally
