Chest discomfort

Sir,
The test report is as follows. kindly suggest whether the valve replacement is needed at the earlist or not?
Is it curable thru medication without surgery.
Kindly advice..



Indication: Systolic and diastolic murmur aortic area.
Age: 68y, Male.
details of tests:

m Mode measurements
Ejection Fraction:65%.
LA:3.9
LVIDD:4.2
IVS:1.3
Ao:2.8
LVIDS:2.2
LVPW:1.6

Severe aortic stenosis with a gradient of 90mm of Hg. Mild AR. MildMR. Mild TR. TR velocity suggests PA pressure of atleast 45mm of Hg. Good LV function , concentric LVH.
