Chest numbness/tingling, light headed, hearbeat skipping

I am 21 years old.
Exercise occasionally. In January i weighed 338 pounds. I have since lost 60+ and now am at a weight of 274.
I have had an irregular heart beat for years now. No diagnosis. The Dr. I had could not get it to happen in the clinic.

I have had it monitored and had an ekg. with no results. Blood pressure normal. Stress normal. No other conditions.

When i work out. Even with a heart rate of 145-150 i experience chest numbness mostly left side and itching. Feels like when leg falls asleep. It becomes so unbearable my heart starts to race with anxiety. I have to leave the gym. My irregular rhythm speeds up in frequency. It doesnt feel like a regular heartbeat maybe above where the heart usually beats *psychically*.

I also noticed last night if i elevate my legs above my heart it happens over and over. I am concerned and have no health insurance at the moment. I will go into the hospital if you recommend it. But such a visit costs thousands out here.

I don't think that you need any medical attention at this point especially that you were seen by a physician once already .  I suspect that your irregular heart beat is just related to some PAC's or PVC's which are generally benign.  I also think that your symptoms are very nonspecific and I am not concerned about any blockages in the arteries around the heart.  I think that a lot of your symptoms are anxiety driven.  There may also be some deconditioning.  Congrats on the weight loss.  If your symptoms persist you could consider being put on a medication that could regulate your heart rate.  These meds are generally inexpensive.
